USPS First-Class Mail (for small/lightweight items)
USPS Priority Mail (faster delivery, includes tracking and insurance)
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your item ships. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
We currently only ship within the United States.

In-Store Returns
In-store returns are valid within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please bring your item(s) along with a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Return Guidelines:
Items must be unused and in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How to Return Your Online Order:
Email us at info@jewishmuseummilwaukee.org with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and our shipping address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Tip: We recommend using USPS with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
